1. Introduction 
Welcome to my art store! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of original paintings and prints. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

2. Ordering & Payment
- All artwork listed on the website is available for purchase until sold.
- Payments are securely processed through PayPal and Stripe.
- Prices are listed in Euro and may be subject to change without notice.

 3. Reservations
- If you request to reserve a painting, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the artwork exclusively for you.
- Once reserved, the painting will not be sold to another buyer unless you decide to cancel the reservation, in which case the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery
- As a small business, I personally handle every order with care, ensuring each painting is securely packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location and external factors such as holidays or courier delays. While I will do my best to dispatch orders promptly, certain periods may affect delivery times.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

- The cost of packaging and basic postage delivery is included in the price of the painting.
- If the buyer prefers a premium or expedited courier service, additional costs will apply. This option can be discussed before dispatch to ensure the most suitable shipping method.

5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the handmade nature of original paintings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within a week with photos, and I will work with you to find a resolution. Options may include a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Prints may be eligible for returns if they are unused and in original condition. Return requests must be made within fist 3 days after delivery.

6. Copyright & Usage 
- All artwork, including original paintings and prints, remains copyrighted by me, Annalisa Mongiò.
- Purchased artwork is for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without my written permission.

8. Lost & Missing Items
- All shipments include basic insurance coverage up to €150 through the postal service.
- If your order is lost in transit, I will assist in filing a claim with the courier service.
- For paintings valued above €150, additional insurance can be arranged at an extra cost. If you choose not to insure beyond this limit, I cannot provide a refund for losses exceeding the insured amount.
- If an item is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local courier or post office. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for items once they have been confirmed as delivered.
