The scene unfolds under the golden light of an ancient acacia tree, where impalas graze and elephants move quietly in the distance. I named this piece Wait for it because of the silent predator hidden in the tall grass, a lion, perfectly camouflaged and waiting for the right moment. It is a tribute to the patience and power found in nature, and the incredible thrill of witnessing a world so different from our own.

Creating this painting was a deeply emotional experience. It reminds me of how blessed I felt to stand before such vast, untouched beauty. I wanted to capture not just the landscape, but the feeling of stillness and the hidden tension that makes the wild so alive.
